Fix: portal key rotation works again
Fixed a regression where rotating a virtual key from the portal returned a 400. Root cause was an empty body POST with Content-Type: application/json that Fastify's default parser rejects; the portal apiFetch now only sets the header when a body is present.
Portal → Admin Console navigation
Admin-like users now see an "Admin Console" link in the portal nav to jump back to the control plane in one click. Mirror of the existing Open Portal link in the control-plane sidebar.
Programmatic parity with the portal — new API surfaces
GET /v1/models now requires a virtual key and returns only the models that key can call. New search + filtering (q, provider, capability, limit, cursor), a single-model detail route (/v1/models/:id), a pricing table (/v1/pricing), per-key usage aggregates (/v1/usage), and MCP server + tool discovery (/v1/mcp/servers, /v1/mcp/tools).
Capability-aware login + instance-admin impersonation
Login now lands users on the surface their capabilities entitle them to (control plane for admin-like users, portal otherwise). Instance admins can switch into any org without losing capability checks. Added Open Portal / Admin Console cross-app links.
Capability-based authorization
Replaced the legacy users.role enum with a capability matrix (user_roles → roles → role_capabilities). Holding any admin-like capability now grants control-plane access; the role badge is purely cosmetic. Instance admin status remains the trust root.
